Do you ever get lucky? I mean REALLY lucky?

Yeah, I usually don't either

But when it comes to my
significant other
I got really lucky.


I know that its not luck,
that's its really part of God's Plan for my life.

But I feel like I won the jackpot.

And Wednesday Night

graciously agreed to babysit.

and the husband and I
went on a date.

This is not the norm,
but was really delightful.

The husband,
even brought me a flower.

and while we were at dinner
we began to talk.

and it occured to me
for the millionth time
that
I really like him.


Not just am in love with him,
but like and respect who he is

I LOVE
That we can discuss books and movies
and people, and ideas
forever
and never run out of things to say.


I love
that just going out and spending time with him
was the
best thing in my week.

And,
when we got home
and he walked straight to the sink
and started doing the dishes.
I thought it was incredibly sexy.

Truly great men know
that doing the dishes for their wife
turns them on.
